We are looking for a agile Warehouse Leasing & Business Development Executive to identify companies looking for warehouse space and convert our available spaces into profitable warehouse partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies requiring warehouse / storage space.

- Generate leads through direct outreach, LinkedIn, references, brokers and industry networks.

- Target 3PL companies, FMCG, e-commerce, D2C, retail and logistics companies.

- Present warehouse facilities, capacities, locations and commercial offerings to prospective clients.

- Coordinate site visits, proposals, quotations and negotiations.

- Explore opportunities for third-party warehouse / 3PL partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and logistics partners.

- Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of leasing/warehouse contracts.

- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly report business development progress.

- Conduct market research on warehouse rentals, demand and competing facilities.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
