Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to improve efficiency and space utilization.
- Prepare operational reports, inventory reports, and performance metrics for management.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs.
