Role & Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse inward and outward operations.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Verify incoming and outgoing materials.
- Update stock in Excel/ERP system.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with purchase, production and dispatch teams.
- Supervise loading, unloading and warehouse staff.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling and warehouse safety.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Minimize stock shortages, damages and inventory discrepancies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse/stores experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, metals, cables, wires, steel, electrical products, timber, industrial products or engineering companies preferred.
- Robust practical knowledge of inward, outward, GRN, material issue, dispatch and stock reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.




- Capable of independently managing stock records and physical inventory.
- Able to coordinate with production, purchase, accounts and dispatch departments.
- Good Hindi communication and basic working English.
- Must be willing to relocate to Luanda, Angola.
