Eat Better Co. is a rapid-growing healthy snacking brand committed to making nutritious food delicious and accessible. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory movement. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure accurate inward and outward entries of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with the Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely material availability.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure proper storage practices to maintain product quality and safety.
Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation such as GRNs, dispatch records, stock registers, and inventory reports.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatches and deliveries.
Support warehouse audits and documentation requirements.
