Role Description The Warehouse Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, India. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching coffee products and related merchandise.
The Warehouse
Executive ensures accurate inventory counts, proper stock rotation, and safe, organized storage aligned with company standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating packing and labeling, preparing orders for cafés and partners,
maintaining records in warehouse systems, and supporting quality checks. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, addressing basic customer or internal stakeholder queries related to stock and deliveries, and following all safety and hygiene procedures within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills to oversee stock levels, storage, and dispatch processes with experience in FMCG, F&B.;
- Candidates should possess Packing skills and attention to detail to prepare, label, and organize orders accurately and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and handle operational queries professionally.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory or ERP systems are beneficial.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, food, or retail sectors, is an advantage.
- Ability to lift moderate weights, follow safety protocols, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Graduate with a 2 to 3 yrs of experience is preferred; vocational training in logistics or supply chain is an added benefit.
