Qualifications
- Proficiency in medical terminology, transcription, and data entry is an added advantage
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced healthcare environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience in medical records management or healthcare administration is a plus
- Diploma or certification in Medical Transcription is an added advantage
