KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collect, verify, and authenticate daily production reports from all production sections.
2. Monitor and follow up on production-related emails, communications, and departmental requirements.
3. Manage and allocate responsibilities in the absence of supervisors to ensure uninterrupted operations.
4. Ensure accountability and timely completion of all delegated activities on the shop floor.
5. Coordinate with the Sales Department for local order requirements and sample dispatches.
6. Plan and optimize manpower utilization to achieve production targets efficiently.
7. Coordinate the collection and submission of in-process and finished goods (FG) samples to Quality Control and external parties as required.
8. Execute additional assignments and special projects as directed by Management.
9. Maintain vigilance and accurate records of all material movements within the plant.
10. Conduct employee training programs as per the approved training calendar and maintain related records.
11. Verify and authenticate stock transactions and inventory entries in the system.
12. Ensure timely and accurate entry of production data in accordance with company guidelines.

Manage ERP-related production and inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
14. Maintain real-time ERP updates to support effective production planning, inventory control, and management decision-making.
15. Monitor data integrity within the ERP system, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments.
16. Generate, verify, and submit ERP-based reports as required by Management.
17. Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to production performance, material losses, manpower utilization, productivity, efficiency, and other key operational metrics.
18. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility: Experience in Production/Operations within the Food, Spice or FMCG industry preferred.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to lead and manage shop floor manpower.
