Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our HR department with hiring & administrative tasks.

Initially this will be an intern role, later converting to full-time as per the performance.

Roles are expected but not limited to the following:

- Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms.
- Contact candidates through calls and messages regarding job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the HR team.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Submit daily work reports and achieve assigned recruitment targets.
- Handle project management and employee relations within the human resources department.
- Work across department managers and manage expectations.
- Write and distribute offers and create job postings.
- Conduct exit interviews & maintain records.
- Assist with personnel administration, employee information, and employment applications.
- Input employee records into HRIS, such as recruits, leavers, and absences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources management.
- Previous experience in a human resources apprenticeship.
- Must be enthusiastic and have valuable English communication skills (oral and written).
- Should be able to follow office and company working hours.
- Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
