Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Support implementation, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions.
- Prepare project documentation and training material.

Required Skills

- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, or Advantages.
- Understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-facing experience.
