Role Summary

Develop, test, and support mainframe applications to meet business and compliance requirements. Responsible for analysis, coding, implementation, and maintenance of enhancements in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver mainframe application enhancements.
- Perform unit and integration testing.
- Ensure adherence to coding, quality, and compliance standards.
- Support deployment, maintenance,



and production activities.
- Collaborate with development and support teams.

Technical Skills

- COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM
- Online & Batch Processing
- DevOps and Agile Practices
- Data & Risk Management
- Analytical Thinking and Collaboration

Preferred

- 6+ years of mainframe development/support experience.
- Robust expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and Batch/Online systems.
- Experience with DB2 Stored Procedures (preferred).
- Knowledge of NDM/FTP, OPC/TWS, File Manager, SPUFI, QMF, IDz, and Endevor.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Experience with BMC Remedy or ITSM tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
