IndiaFilings is an online platform that helps entrepreneurs easily start and manage their businesses by offering services across company incorporation, taxation, compliance, payroll, and banking. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our quick-growing customer service team. The ideal candidate will assist clients throughout their business registration and compliance journey while ensuring timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers and manage business accounts related to compliance, accounting, tax filing, and licenses.
- Understand customer business requirements and prepare and submit relevant documents or applications.
- Resolve customer queries by identifying issues and providing the best possible solution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure queries involving other departments are resolved promptly.
- Achieve monthly service completion targets and client satisfaction scores as per SLA.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and service activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Patient, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and proactive in resolving client concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel will be an added advantage).
