Experience in developing Script Includes and Server-Side Scripting
Hands-on experience with ACLs, Roles, and Security Configuration
Experience in ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
Good understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB
Experience in Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Experience in configuring forms, workflows, and process automation
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture
