Job Title: Site Engineer / Project Engineer (Civil)

Location: Charakamattanahalli Village, Thondebhavi Hobli, Gowribidanur Taluk, Chikkaballapura District, Karnataka

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist the Director Project Implementation & Administration in all activities related to construction, development, renovation, repair, and interior works of the project.
2. Supervise and ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship in accordance with approved specifications and quality standards.
3. Coordinate with all project stakeholders, including Project Management Consultants (PMC), contractors, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Monitor daily site progress against the approved construction schedule and report any deviations to the management.
5. Attend site review meetings, prepare progress updates, and support timely resolution of construction and execution issues.
6. Identify project delays or schedule slippages and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
7. Inspect ongoing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
8. Obtain quotations from vendors and contractors, prepare detailed technical and commercial comparative statements, participate in preliminary negotiations, and submit recommendations to the Construction/Planning Committee for approval.

Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs), including technical and commercial terms, and ensure timely processing through SAP after obtaining all necessary approvals.
10. Work under the guidance of the Director Project Implementation & Administration and obtain approvals as required for project-related activities.
11. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–8 years of experience in construction project execution, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site execution.
- Experience in contractor coordination, billing verification, and project monitoring.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP (preferred).
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
