- Design & Planning: Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software.

- Material Sourcing: Select color palettes, furniture, lighting, and finishes.

- Project Oversight: Manage project budgets, order materials, and set timelines.

- Site Collaboration: Work with architects and contractors to ensure design accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 2+ years of interior design experience with a proven track record of managing clients independently.

- Communication: Masterful presentation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client feedback gracefully and solve on-site project delays or budget adjustments smoothly.

- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,ENSCAPE and presentation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
