Recruitment & Hiring

Handle the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to candidate joining.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, references, and campus recruitment.

Screen profiles and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.

Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance and joining confirmation.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment-related documents.

Maintain the recruitment tracker and update vacancy status regularly.

Candidate Coordination

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, salary discussions, and joining formalities.

Collect and verify the required documents before joining.

Maintain candidate database for future hiring requirements.

Vendor / Campus Coordination

Coordinate with placement officers, consultants, and recruitment agencies.





Organise campus drives and walk-in interviews when required.

Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

Track open positions, closures, joining ratio, and attrition related to recruitment.

Share recruitment updates with management and department heads.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

Experience in healthcare / diagnostic / hospital recruitment preferred.

Good knowledge of sourcing through job portals and social media hiring.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple openings and close positions within timelines.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
