About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer with strong B2B sales experience in the electrical or allied industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key enterprise accounts, driving business growth, and delivering techno-commercial solutions to industrial and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow key B2B and enterprise accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and discussions with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate techno-commercial solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal submission to negotiation and order closure.
- Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.




- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering may also be considered.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in electrical products or allied industries is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
