Job Overview

E-Merge Tech is seeking highly energetic, agile, and research-oriented graduates and postgraduates to support core research initiatives, desk-based research, data validation, and project execution across various global domains (including Pharma, Business, Market Research, and Regulatory Intelligence).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Data Management & Gathering: Collect, clean, validate, and organize qualitative or quantitative datasets from primary and secondary sources.
- Desk-Based Research: Conduct extensive secondary research using authenticated databases and information portals to monitor market developments and trends.
- Literature Reviews: Perform background research, literature searches (e.g., scientific papers, clinical data, or market reports), and map existing industry trends.
- Report Writing & Documentation: Prepare initial drafts of technical summaries, insights reports, country/regional forecasts, and project updates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with senior researchers, team leads,



and project stakeholders to ensure project milestones are successfully achieved.
- Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure all methodologies and outputs comply strictly with required project accuracy parameters, data guidelines, and timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile & Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret complex data and turn findings into well-structured reports.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data validation, proofreading, and error-free metric reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Office packages (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort with digital research tools.

Eligible Qualifications (Typical Streams):
- UG / PG Streams: Science, Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy), Commerce, Management (MBA), or Computer/IT streams depending on the specific project vertical.
- Experience: Open to freshers with strong academic records or candidates with relevant 0 to 2 years of experience in secondary/market research.
