To handle and manage Direct Sales Team of PSF CAT AXIS PSF ; Guide team members in managing talent and performance of sales force; Identify and lead execution of improvement initiatives in process, technology, product-mix and technology to increase topline, market share and quality of business from the channel with in the PSF strategy and defined objectives, organizational and IRDA guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile - candidate must hold experience into Life insurance background,
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to engage with HNIs
- Valuable understanding of analytics and processes
