- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning module aligned with organisational objectives.
- Design engaging, learner-centered training programmes for franchisees, customers & other stakeholders
- Develop instructional materials including e-learning modules, presentations, workbooks, knowledge articles, assessments, and learning resources.
- Translate real-world operational processes and best practices into engaging visual learning experiences by producing high-quality AI-generated training videos using emerging AI technologies.
- Translate operational knowledge into effective learning experiences.
- Review and update learning content to reflect operational changes and industry best practices.
- Research emerging learning technologies and AI tools to continually enhance the digital learning experience.
Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or Corporate Training.
- Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS),
preferably ProProfs or similar enterprise platforms.
- Proven ability to create engaging digital learning content and multimedia training resources.
- Experience using AI-powered content creation tools, including ShareLook or comparable platforms.
- Robust instructional design capability with a sound understanding of learning principles.
- Relevant certifications in instructional design, e-learning development, or LMS administration are advantageous
- Excellent written communication and content development skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Work Timings: Australian Shift Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST)
