Must Have

- Design, implement, configure, and support Avaya voice infrastructure and telephony systems.
- Manage and maintain Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, and related applications.
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice network performance issues, call quality problems, and service outages.
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise voice networks and unified communication solutions.
- Manage and support Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, UCCX, and IP Telephony environments.




- Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, RTP, H.323, and MGCP-related issues.
- Configure and maintain voice gateways, SBCs, dial plans, and call routing.
- Monitor voice network performance and ensure high availability.
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh activities.
- Work with network and security teams for integration and optimization.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Provide L2/L3 support and participate in on-call rotations.
