Mandatory Documents to carry:

Job Summary The Workforce Administration (WFA) Team Member supports Employee Data Management and Hire-to-Retire operations by executing transactional activities with high accuracy. The role ensures timely processing of employee data and payroll-related transactions while maintaining compliance and SLA adherence in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process employee data management transactions with high accuracy
- Handle simple to moderately complex payroll-related updates within Hire-to-Retire lifecycle




- Maintain employee records in HR systems ensuring data integrity
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and upstream/downstream stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements
- Support reporting and documentation activities
- HRIS Analyst / Functional Lead Core HR
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Global HR: worker lifecycle (hire, transfer, promotion, termination), assignments, work relationships
- Enterprise structures: legal entities, business units, divisions, departments, locations, jobs, positions, grades
- HCM data model: Person, Assignment, and Work Structures objects; effective dating and date-tracked changes
- Security configuration: roles, data roles, security profiles, area of responsibility (AOR)
- Approval workflows (BPM), Autocomplete Rules / Business Rules, Transaction Design Studio
- HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) for mass data changes
- Flexfields (DFF/EFF), value sets, rapid formulas (eligibility, derived values).
- Personalization/configuration via Page Composer and Visual Builder Studio (VBCS)
- Document Records, Checklists, journeys (Oracle Journeys)
- Quarterly release readiness/regression testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree

Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience with at least 1 year in employee data management or HR operations
