Key Responsibilities

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for wastewater treatment service projects, plant upgrades, AMC, O&M;, refurbishment, and retrofitting.

- Review customer RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to identify project requirements.

- Develop process solutions involving ion exchange systems, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), demineralization (DM), softening, ETP, STP, and ZLD systems.

- Coordinate with process engineering, procurement, operations, and sales teams for costing and proposal preparation.

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, pricing strategies, and commercial documentation.

- Support the sales team with technical presentations, bid clarifications, and customer discussions.

- Participate in technical negotiations and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

- Maintain proposal documentation, standard templates, and cost databases.

- Identify value engineering opportunities to improve competitiveness and profitability.

- Monitor tender submission schedules and ensure timely completion of all proposal activities.
