Lead Generation Executive- Field & Desk Research

About the role

Bimasansaar is a Patna-based insurance broker specialising in all kinds of insurances inclosing fire, burglary, marine, liability, group health, etc. We are building the most complete database of insurable businesses in Patna and surrounding areas, and we need one person to own it.

This is a research and fieldwork role. Roughly half your week is online research; the other half is on the ground in Patna's markets and industrial areas.

What you will do

- Build lists of businesses from online sources: Google Maps, Justdial, IndiaMART, trade association member lists, Udyam/GST public directories, local classifieds
- Visit markets, industrial areas, and commercial hubs (Patliputra Industrial Area, Transport Nagar, Fatuha, Bihta, city wholesale markets) to verify and enrich records in person
- For each business, capture: business name, owner/decision-maker name, mobile number, nature of business, approximate size,



and where possible the current insurance status and renewal month
- Maintain the entire database in Google Sheets- clean, consistent, deduplicated
- Hand over prioritised lead lists to the sales team every week

Weekly targets (indicative)

- Desk days: 300-500 new raw records compiled
- Field days: 15-25 businesses verified and enriched per day

What we need from you

- Graduate in any stream
- Fluent Hindi; working English
- Own a two-wheeler and smartphone; willing to spend 3-4 days a week in the field
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets (data entry, filters, sorting- nothing more)
- Resourceful and persistent- you can find an owner's number when it isn't listed anywhere

Outstanding backgrounds for this role

- Field verification (bank/NBFC CPV agencies), survey enumeration, market research fieldwork, dealer/distributor mapping, or field sales support.
