· Collaborate for the successful delivery and operation of LAN and WLAN solutions across mid and large manufacturing environments, within an ITIL aligned Service Management framework, and in line with standards and Service Levels.

· Possess and maintain a detailed understanding for all Networking Infrastructure services.

· Proactively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and propose improvement activities.

· Collaborate for the resolution of incidents and service requests associated with the networking services.
