Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment to employee exit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational support.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain recruitment records.
- Coordinate campus hiring, internships and referrals.

Employee Onboarding

- Complete joining formalities and document verification.
- Conduct induction and policy orientation.
- Coordinate asset allocation and HRMS updates.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll inputs.
- Ensure HR policy compliance.

Employee Engagement

- Organize engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and grievances.

Performance Management

- Coordinate probation reviews and appraisals.
- Maintain performance records.





Compliance & Statutory Support

- Support PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.
- Maintain audit-ready HR records.

Training & Development

- Coordinate training programs and maintain records.

Exit Management

- Handle resignations, exit interviews, F&F; coordination, asset recovery and exit documentation.

HR Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR policies/SOPs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (BHRM/BBA HR/BA/B.Com with HR specialization) or an equivalent graduation in Human Resources from a recognized university.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Experience 13 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations. Freshers with solid HR internship experience may also be considered.
