Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,

screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, referrals,

and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely

hiring.




- Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

(preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, HR Executive, or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
