Role & responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage PAM solutions using CyberArk and Arcos/ARCON

Onboard privileged accounts (Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, applications, network devices)

Configure and manage

Password Vaulting

Privileged Session Management (PSM)

Access control policies and workflows

Integrate PAM solutions with Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, authentication)

Perform account discovery, credential rotation, and lifecycle management

Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and provide L2/L3 support

Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements (ISO, SOX, PCI-DSS, etc.)

Create and maintain PAM documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams

Support PAM upgrades, patches, and platform hardening

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMSession)

Experience with Arcos / ARCON PAM implementation and support





Strong knowledge of Active Directory (authentication, LDAP, group policies)

Experience with Windows & Linux privileged accounts

Understanding of IAM, access control models, and security best practices

Familiarity with SSL certificates, firewalls, and network security concepts

Scripting & Tools

Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)

Experience with REST APIs for PAM integrations (preferred)

Nice to Have

CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, Guardian)

Experience with cloud PAM (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of SIEM integration (Splunk, Sentinel, etc.)

Exposure to Zero Trust or Identity Security frameworks

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
