Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end talent acquisition, employee lifecycle activities, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting the right talent, ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, and coordinating accurate payroll processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and induction of recent employees.
2. Handle payroll administration, attendance, leave management, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT), and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
3. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including employee documentation, confirmations, promotions, transfers, exits, and HRMS record management.
4. Drive employee engagement initiatives, organize HR activities and events, and promote a positive, inclusive,



and productive workplace culture.
5. Address employee grievances professionally, provide timely resolutions, counsel employees when required, and ensure adherence to company policies and disciplinary procedures.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, training, statutory compliance, and other HR-related activities while maintaining strong professional relationships.
7. Demonstrate strategic thinking by supporting workforce planning, HR process improvements, policy implementation, HR analytics, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and business growth.
