Job Title: Customer Support Executive – International Process

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Work from Office)

Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Process. The role involves handling customer queries through voice support and chat support resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate (10+2) / Diploma (10+3) / Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply.
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Candidates pursuing regular college education are not eligible.
- Educational certificates are mandatory.

Job Details
- Rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
- 5 working days per week.




- 2 rotational week-offs (weekends are not fixed).
- Work-from-office role.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Voice Salary: 19,000 – 27,000 Take-Home Salary (after deductions) Chat Salary : Fresher and exp both ( 15k In Hand after deductions)

Interview Time: 10:30AM- 1: 00 PM
