/ Responsibilities :

- Vehicle Engineering Manager is responsible for Vehicle Attributes delivery on New & Existing projects.
- Project Management including, Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Risk analysis & Mitigation Plans, Closure, TGR, TGW.
- Vehicle level assessments for all attributes.
- Issue and gap identification, resolution and risk assessment for the attribute delivery. Report out target achievement, gaps, countermeasures and risks for the Project delivery.
- Plan & Optimize Design validation plans.
- Should be familiar with vehicle and powertrain aggregate systems/parts.
- Thorough knowledge of Vehicle Attributes & Aggregates.
- Automotive Product development process, NPI process
- Project Management, Cross functional teams handling
- Should have positive Communication & Presentation skills with leadership qualities.
- Expert in use of MS office utilities.
- Should possess valid driving license.
