We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Manager to join a energetic finance team. If you have expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Modeling, and Variance Analysis, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

Walk-in Drive

Reporting Time: 10:00 AM onwards

Compensation: Best-in-Industry + Attractive Variable Pay

Key Responsibilities

Lead Annual Budgeting, Quarterly Forecasting, and Long-Range Financial Planning

Deliver insightful Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast Variance Analysis

Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions

Prepare executive MIS, financial dashboards, and management reports

Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key financial KPIs

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve business performance

Support month-end close, financial reporting,



and planning activities

Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

CA | CPA | CMA | CFA

MBA (Finance) candidates with robust FP&A; experience are also encouraged to apply.
