Exterior Design Engineer

Skills required: Exterior, Exterior Trims, Bumper, CATIA V5

Work Location: Pune

Work Experience - 4 to 8 Years & 8 to 12 Years - Lead

Product Design & Development Skills -

1. Should be excellent in Exteriors Product Design & Development (Front & Rear Bumper systems, Grill, Energy Absorber, Claddings, Wheel arch Liners, etc.) 2.Very Good Skills in Catia V5 - Surface, Solid Modeling &
- Drafting.

Experience on PLM - Connect

- Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & • Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE R26 Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts, Benchmarking Study and Analysis.

- Should have experience in ( DFM, DFA, DFS)
- Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & • T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable





- Understand CAE requirements and results for project requirements & implementation.
- Knowledge of Color & • Texture, Materials

- Experience in concepet development for exterior system parts.
- Master section creation experience
- Experience in RPS ctearion, Hard points creation

Project Co-ordination & • Communication Skills -

1. Should be responsible for Quality, Delivery Time lines for responsible system.
2. Maintain project status & documentation to present in Customer Meetings.
3. Should be able to give advance inputs to Internal teams & Customer to resolve the issues.
4. Resolve ambiguity through Technical and Strong communication skills with customer.
5. Robust communication , Presentation & Documentation skills
