Walk-In Drive – HR Executive (Recruitment & Background Verification)

Position: HR Executive

Locations: Chennai | Bangalore

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Walk-In Dates: 4th, 5th & 6th August 2026

Interview Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and offer coordination.
- Perform employee background verification (BGV).
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Recruitment or HR Operations is an added advantage.




- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
