Position: Desktop Engineer
Qualification: Any Graduate in any discipline
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals.
Responsible for installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software and for troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of network security.
Knowledge of firewall (Optional).
Adaptable to work in night shift.
Shift : 08:00 PM to 6:00 AM (NIght Shift)
Holiday: Saturday and Sunday
