Hiring Business Development & Merchandising Manager (Apparel Exports)

- Location: NIT Faridabad

Sapphire House of Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development & Merchandising Manager to join our export apparel team. We manufacture premium woven and knit garments for brands across the USA, Australia and Europe and are looking for an individual who can not only manage international buyers professionally but also help us expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international buyers from product development through shipment.
- Develop new buyer relationships and generate export business.
- Prepare costings and negotiate with buyers.
- Coordinate with fabric suppliers, production, quality and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely approvals, communication and on-time deliveries.

Preferred Candidate
- 5-15 years of experience in apparel exports.




- Strong knowledge of woven garments (knits experience is an added advantage).
- Existing relationships with international brands, buying houses or sourcing offices will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, commercially focused and capable of independently handling buyer accounts.
