Business Development Executive

Work Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Business Development

Key Responsibilities

- • Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), CXOs, Heads of Administration, and Facility Managers.
- • Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company and schedule client meetings.
- • Client Meetings & Presentations
- • Visit client locations to present our design services and project portfolio, if required
- • Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
- • Proposal Management
- • Prepare and submit commercial proposals.
- • Coordinate with internal teams for timely follow-up and revisions.




- • Relationship Building
- • Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers.

Candidate Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or a client-facing sales role.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
