- Handle back-office operations for UK Retail Banking products, including Savings & Current Accounts, Debit Cards, Personal Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Payments.
- Process account maintenance, payment instructions, service requests, and banking transactions accurately within defined SLAs.
- Verify customer documentation, perform KYC checks, and ensure compliance with UK banking regulations and internal policies.
- Investigate transaction exceptions, resolve processing discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services while ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and willingness to work in UK shifts are essential.
- Should be Versatile with UK rotational shifts and weekly offs
