Job Title: Analyst/Associate Finance and Accounts

Location: Noida

Experience: 3+ years

- Manage GST compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and advisory.

- Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, payments, and quarterly filings.

- Prepare and file Income Tax returns, advance tax calculations, and related advisory.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory & regulatory requirements

- Assist in financial statement preparation and tax audits.

- Conduct ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of accounts.

- Coordinate with clients and tax authorities

- Utilise Excel for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.

- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and MIS reporting.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

- Track income, expenses, assets, and liabilities using accounting software or ledgers.





- Ensure records align with industry standards and regulations.

- Calculate employee wages, bonuses, and deductions.

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements.

- Comply with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in a CA firm with exposure to diverse industries.

- Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial accounting and other statutory compliances.

- Proficiency in Excel

- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audits.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.

- Knowledge of software’s such as Tally, Zoho, Busy is must.
