The Billing & Accounting Executive is responsible for overseeing the billing and invoicing processes of the organization. This role involves ensuring accuracy and timeliness of billing operations, maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts, and resolving any discrepancies in billing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing Operations:

- Generate and distribute invoices to customers.

- Review billing data and ensure accuracy before sending invoices.

- Follow up and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

- Maintain billing software/systems and update customer billing information as needed.

- Prepare and present billing reports to management.

- Ensure correct generation of e-way bill and e-invoice after thoroughly checking vehicle number, transporter id, etc.

1. Purchase Invoicing and Documentation:

- Ensure timely and accurate entries of Purchases/ inward material.

- Verify rates and margins at the time of taking in Purchases and update accordingly.





- Maintain documentation and mail and WhatsApp for any discrepancy in Purchases.

1. Customer Relations:

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and discrepancies.

- Provide support to customers in understanding their invoices.

- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and complaints related to billing.

1. Financial & Inventory Reporting:

- Daily providing stock and sales reports to respective groups.

- Monthly stock reconciliation as per physical stock.

- Monthly mailing of stock with expiry date and quantity to respective groups and teams.

- Taking immediate action in case of any expired/nearby expiry stock.

- Collaborate with the accounts team to provide ledgers and balance confirmation to parties on monthly basis via mail.

1. Preparing Claims:

- Providing accurate data and preparing monthly claims.
