This leader will own the end-to-end user growth journey from discovery to purchase to retention. You'll work directly with the founders and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value, while building and mentoring a high-performing growth team.
Location : Full time, On-site, Mumbai Office Roles And Responsibilities Own and scale all growth KPIs: Revenue, CAC, RoAS, LTV, Retention, etc
Lead cross-channel growth strategy across Paid (Meta, Google, QuickCommerce, Marketplaces), Organic (GEO), CRM (WhatsApp, Calls), and Product-led growth levers. Develop and optimize the end-to-end growth funnel from awareness to conversion to loyalty. Partner with founders on monthly and quarterly growth forecasts and own the performance marketing P&L; Collaborate with Product, Tech, and CX teams to drive website CRO, UI/UX A/B testing, and feature experimentation Build and mentor a world-class growth team including Performance Marketing, Retention, and Analytics Establish a robust experimentation engine for creative testing, channel betas, etc Skill Sets 4+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy,
