Job Summary**

The VP of Innovation, Strategy, and External Engagement will lead GCC India's strategic growth initiatives, fostering innovation, shaping long-term plans, and building strong relationships with external stakeholders to drive market expansion and competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with GCC India's business objectives, identifying emerging technologies and market trends.
- Lead the exploration and development of current products, services, and business models to enhance market position and revenue growth.
- Formulate and articulate GCC India's long-term strategic vision, translating it into actionable plans and initiatives across various business units.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning to inform strategic decision-making.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with key industry players, government bodies, academic institutions, and other external organizations.
- Represent GCC India in industry forums, conferences,



and public speaking engagements to enhance brand visibility and influence.
- Oversee and manage the innovation pipeline, from ideation and concept development to pilot programs and successful market launch.
- Drive cultural change within the organization to promote a mindset of continuous innovation and strategic thinking.
- Advise senior leadership on market opportunities, threats, and strategic implications of external developments.
- Lead and mentor a team focused on innovation, strategy, and external relations.

Job Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in innovation, strategy development, or business development roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully driving innovation, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and achieving significant business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing effective external partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Deep understanding of the Indian market landscape, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with experience engaging diverse audiences.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in the [relevant industry for GCC India, e.g., manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, etc.] is highly desirable.
