Role Description Volunteer Members at Project AASAAN support on-the-ground initiatives in the Greater Delhi Area, contributing to programs related to education, mental health, governance, justice, and environmental sustainability. Day-to-day activities may include organizing and facilitating workshops or awareness sessions, engaging with community members and youth groups,
and assisting with event planning and coordination. Volunteers may help develop and share educational and advocacy materials, collect feedback from participants, and support documentation and reporting of project outcomes.
This is a volunteer, in office role in the Greater Delhi Area, and scheduling is coordinated to balance project needs with volunteer availability.
Qualifications Interest in social impact, community engagement, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in education, mental health, governance, justice, and environmental sustainability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse communities and age groups.
Organizational and collaboration skills to support events, workshops, and team projects effectively.
Motivation to learn, take initiative, and contribute consistently in a volunteer capacity.
Comfort using social media or digital platforms to support outreach and awareness (training or guidance can be provided).
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area; prior experience in volunteering, community work, or student leadership is an advantage but not required.
