Role Description This is a full time, on-site Volunteer role based at Perform Processos & Soluções in Delhi, India. The volunteer will support day-to-day operational activities, including assisting with process documentation, helping coordinate internal projects, and maintaining organized records of ongoing initiatives.
Responsibilities may include supporting team meetings, preparing basic reports or summaries, and providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth workflow across departments. The volunteer will collaborate with team members, follow established procedures, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service delivery while upholding the organization’s values and standards.
Qualifications
Ability to perform structured administrative and operational tasks, including basic documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle a full-time on-site schedule and multiple responsibilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and interact respectfully with colleagues and stakeholders.

Completion of secondary education; post-secondary studies in business, administration, or related fields are an advantage but not required.
