Position: Customer Support Executive – Hindi Voice Process

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 per month (Fresher's)

Salary: 16,000 – 20,000 per month (Experienced)

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO (Voice/Customer Support preferred)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Location: Work from Office

Male candidates preferred.

Shift : Night shift , end by 10pm.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and possess good communication skills.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Willingness to relocate or work in Bengaluru (Hebbal).

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions professionally over calls.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Update customer records and maintain proper documentation.

Meet individual and team performance targets.

Required Skills

Excellent Hindi communication skills.

Basic English communication skills are an added advantage.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
