Role Description The Voice Process Customer Support role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, addressing their queries, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing customer interactions with professionalism, troubleshooting technical issues,



and providing relevant information about services or products.

- Basic computer and multitasking skills.
