Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Education, Learning & Development, Training, or a related field.
- Certification in Voice & Accent Training, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other recognized communication and language training programs is preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills Training, Learning & Development, or related training functions.
- Experience working in BPOs, IT Services, Shared Services, Customer Support environments, Contact Centers, or multinational organizations.




- Proven track record of delivering training programs to diverse learner groups across varying proficiency levels.
- Hands-on experience in conducting training needs analyses, communication assessments, coaching sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of global communication standards, with expertise in training and coaching on US, UK, Australian, and other international accents.
- Strong expertise in English phonetics, pronunciation, articulation, speech clarity, stress patterns, rhythm, and intonation.
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs aligned with business objectives.
