We are seeking a highly skilled VMware Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the deployment, administration, optimization, and support of VMware virtual infrastructure, covering both compute (vSphere/ESXi) and storage platforms (SAN and vSAN).
- VMware vSphere architecture and administration
- SAN and vSAN storage design and operations
- VM performance tuning and capacity management
- Troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis
- Storage policy‑based management (SPBM)
- Backup, recovery, and DR fundamentals
- Documentation and operational excellence
- 7+ years ’ experience managing enterprise VMware environments
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
- Solid experience with SAN storage technologies (FC/iSCSI/NFS) and vSAN
- Hands‑on knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion, VMFS, Datastore design, Storage multipathing and latency troubleshooting
