Role Description The VLSI Intern role at Angstromers is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. Interns will assist in digital circuit design, RTL coding, and basic verification tasks under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily activities may include working with hardware description languages, participating in design reviews, performing simulations, and documenting design decisions.

Interns will also help with testbench development,



debugging functional issues, and learning standard EDA tools used in industry. Collaboration with cross-functional team members, adherence to project timelines, and maintaining clear technical documentation are core aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in digital electronics, logic design, and basic semiconductor concepts.

- Familiarity with hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL, and interest in RTL design.

- Exposure to simulation tools or EDA environments (e.g., ModelSim, Vivado, or similar) is an advantage.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, and document design work clearly.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.

- Effective communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented team environment.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.

- Interest in building a career in VLSI design, verification, or physical design.
