Visual Merchandiser | Kidbea® ? If you’ve worked with reputed brands, have a strong eye for aesthetics, and understand the nuances of kidswear merchandising — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities Design and execute in-store visual displays aligned with Kidbea’s brand identity

Plan and implement window displays, product placements, and store layouts

Ensure consistency in visual standards across all retail touchpoints

Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for seasonal campaigns and launches





Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to optimize merchandising strategies

Train store staff on visual merchandising guidelines and maintenance

Manage props, fixtures, and overall store aesthetics Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising (with reputed brands)

Prior experience in kidswear is highly preferred

Robust portfolio showcasing your work (store layouts, window displays, styling, etc.)

Excellent sense of design, color coordination, and space utilization

Ability to translate brand identity into impactful in-store storytelling

Good communication and coordination skills
