Designer sits at the intersection of creative strategy and visual execution , someone who thinks in stories, designs with precision, and creates work that moves audiences and animation teams forward. ? Bengaluru (Onsite) | Full-time What you'll do • Define visual direction : lead a visual language across style, tone, colour, typography, and composition that serves the story and the brand

- Storyboarding : break concepts into production-ready frames with explicit pacing, narrative flow, and motion intent
- Moodboards : curate visual references into a coherent creative direction demonstrating taste and intentional aesthetic choices
- Vector illustration : create clean, layered, animation-friendly illustrations handed directly to the motion design team
- Pitch decks : design visually compelling,



strategically structured decks for senior brand stakeholders What we're looking for • A strong portfolio demonstrating work across illustration, brand, and motion-adjacent design
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with motion workflows is a plus
- The ability to translate a creative brief into a cohesive visual system - not just executions
- Experience working on large-scale brand or advertising campaigns
- Attention to detail in file organisation, naming conventions, and handoff quality
- Comfort working closely with animation and motion design teams
- Strong communication - you can articulate why a design decision was made Nice to have • Experience with animatics and styleframe production
